For Faculty

DEI Center

We support researchers who are taking care of family members or have some personal issues to continue their research. We coordinate childcare support and improve the childcare-related environment on campus. We also conduct programs for developing female research leaders in order to increase the number of female researchers.

Pregnancy/Childbirth/Childcare Support Services

Information on support systems related to pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare under the Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI) program and the JSPS Research Fellowship program is provided.

DEI Lounge (Every Wed.)

The DEI Lounge is a space for learning and mutual understanding, where we strive to overcome barriers related to gender, sexuality, disability, race, ethnicity, and more, fostering a society built on mutual respect. Any university member interested in DEI is welcome to use and participate in the lounge.
