Tohoku University offers counseling services for people who are from different backgrounds or are in special situations in order to perform their best. We introduce the services below: for people from other countries, people who have disabilities, people who have sexual and gender diversity, and people who work and take care of their family members.
Providing support to those who are not native Japanese speakers and not familiar with the Japanese system
Tohoku University offers support services to people with disabilities and who need financial support.
“Guidelines for Gender and Sexual Diversity” is available.
We offer support to Tohoku University members who take care of children or/and other family members in order to continue their work/research/study.
