This space is for us to know and learn about each other, and share our experiences and thoughts. Each of us has a different background – race, sex, gender, education, language, nationality, religion, belief, age, and disability, and regardless of those differences, we still need to accept and respect others to create a truly inclusive community. We are eager to deepen our knowledge about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and never stop learning from each other.

The DEI Lounge is a space for learning and mutual understanding, where we strive to overcome barriers related to gender, sexuality, disability, race, ethnicity, and more, fostering a society built on mutual respect.Any university member interested in DEI is welcome to use and participate in the lounge（Compliance with the ground rules is required when using the lounge）.
