Support Programs
Our support programs started as a part of gender equality promotion in 2006, and continue mainly to support promoting female researchers and providing work-life balance support to those who are taking care of their family members. Until 2022, we had over 1170 applicants who received our services, and recently started receiving applications from male faculty members. We will continue to have more support programs in order to create a truly inclusive environment.
