For the 40th meeting, faculty members who have utilized the TUMUG support program offered by DEI Center will speak on the theme: “Parenting While Working in Academia.” They will share their experiences as parents in academia. Following the presentations, we will hold a discussion session to address questions, exchange thoughts on balancing work and family life, and explore what kinds of support and improvements are needed within the university.
