【Video Release】“Strengthening Research Excellence through Diversity: Overcoming Unconscious Bias that Hinders Fair Evaluation” training video is now available (for internal access only)

The DEI Promotion Center has developed a training video and accompanying materials to promote awareness and mitigation of unconscious bias. Continuously reflecting on and addressing unconscious bias across the organization not only supports the recruitment of excellent researchers from diverse backgrounds, but also helps create an environment in which all researchers can fully demonstrate their abilities after joining the institution.
