※研究支援要員、東北大学サイエンス・アンバサダーは、各部局担当係を通じての申請となります。※1 本学を本務とする者に限る（他機関を主所属とするクロスアポイントメント制度適用教員等は対象外とする）※2 当該年度に計100万円以上の競争的資金（学内経費含む）を有する者は申請不可とする
2006年から始まった支援事業は、現在両立支援、次世代育成支援、女性リーダー育成支援などに拡大され、特に子育てや介護に関しては性別に関係なく支援を受けられるようになっています。2022年12月末までの利用件数は1170件に上り、ここで、一部の利用者の声を紹介します。東北大学は、出産、育児、介護などのライフイベントの中でも、やりたい研究や仕事を続けられるように今後も支援を続けていきます。
