「金研男女共同参画WGセミナー」

今回は(一社)アンコンシャスバイアス研究所・理事の杉本美晴氏に「アンコンシャスバイアスを知る・気づく・対処する」のタイトルでご講演頂きます。なお、金研人事係長より定例となっております、育児・介護休暇制度の説明を講演の前にお願いしております。
金研所内に限らず、学内の方は自由に参加できますので、ぜひお申し込みください。
なお、このセミナーは日本語による開催です。

Kinken(Institute for Materials Research) Gender Equality WG Seminar.
This time, Ms Miharu Sugimoto, one of the directors of the Unconscious Bias Research Laboratory, will give a lecture entitled ‘Knowing, noticing and dealing with unconscious bias’.
Before the lecture, the Kinken Human Resources Chief will give an explanation briefly of the childcare/nursing care leave system.
The lecture is open to all members of Tohoku University, not only those within the Kinken. So please register now if you are interested.
This seminar will be given in Japanese.

15:00　開会の挨拶：佐々木孝彦・副所長
15:05　育児・介護休暇制度の説明：金研人事係長
15:25　講演（講師：杉本美晴氏　アンコンシャスバイアス研究所・理事）
「アンコンシャスバイアスを知る・気づく・対処する
～ひとりひとりがイキイキと活躍するために～ 」
1時間のご講演の後、10分の質疑応答を設けます。
16:35　閉会

The one-hour lecture will be followed by a 10-minutes Q&A session.
